聘任制司法警察有必要具有下列条件：

第六条 有下列情况之一的，不得聘任为司法警察：

聘任程序

appointment procedure

（一）由本院面向社会发布招聘数额、聘任条件、聘期和聘任方法等有关事项；

（二）揭露报名并进行资历审查；

（三）由本院政工科安排统一考试，考试分为书面考试、面试和技能测验，成果张榜发布；
