聘任制司法警察有必要具有下列条件:

judicial police must have the following conditions:

(一)年龄在30周岁以下;

(二)恪守中华人民共和国宪法和法令,热爱司法警察作业;

(四)身体健康,五官端正。

(五)具有供认的大专以上学历,具有与司法警察作业相适应的技能。

(5) possessing a college degree or above recognized by the state and possessing professional skills suitable for the operation of the judicial police.

第六条 有下列情况之一的,不得聘任为司法警察:

article sixth. one of the following circumstances shall not be appointed as a judicial policeman.

(一)曾经受过违纪处分或治安、刑事处罚的;

(1) having been subjected to disciplinary sanction or public security or criminal punishment.

(二)曾被开除公职、军籍、学籍或开除的;

(two) having been expelled from public office, military status, school status or expelled.

(三)曾被机关企事业单位解雇的;

(three) it has been dismissed by state organs and enterprises.

(四)有其他不良体现的。

聘任程序

appointment procedure

(一)由本院面向社会发布招聘数额、聘任条件、聘期和聘任方法等有关事项;

(1) to publish the amount of recruitment, conditions of employment, period of employment and methods of employment, etc. for the public;

(二)揭露报名并进行资历审查;

(two) disclosure of registration and qualification examination;

(三)由本院政工科安排统一考试,考试分为书面考试、面试和技能测验,成果张榜发布;

(四)在指定的医院进行体格检查;

(four) physical examination in a designated hospital;

(五)确定合格人选,签定聘任合同,报市中级人民法院审阅存案。

聘任合同的内容包含

(八)有关争议处理方法;

(eight) methods for handling disputes;

(九)两边约好的其他事项。
