法院法警在民事讼判中的职责 -金沙娱场城app

从法律性规则来看，法警不只是民事审讯中的重要成员，而且是一支不或缺、不可替代的司法保证力气。《人民法院司法警察暂行条例》及其施行方法、《值庭规则》、《法庭规则》还详细规则了法警的职责。其中法警在民事讼判中的职责是：

(2)、参与对裁定(诉讼保全)的财富查封、扣押、冻结或没收活动；

(2) participating in the seizure, seizure, freezing or confiscation of wealth adjudicated (litigation preservation);

(3)对必需到庭而拒不到庭的的被告执行拘传，强迫其到庭；

(3) executing arrest summons on defendants who have to appear in court but refuse to appear in court, and forcing them to appear in court;

(4)、警卫法庭，维护法庭次序，对进入法庭当事人及其代理人、旁听人员停止平安检查，保证参与审讯活动人员的平安；

(5)、传送证据资料、传带证人、审定人；

(6)、对阻碍诉讼、违背法庭规则，扰乱法庭次序，危及审讯人员人身、财富平安的人员采取训诫、责令退出法庭、强迫带离、实行拘留、强迫交纳罚款等强迫措施。法定的职责，就当全面实行。不只法警本身不能放弃，而且任何组织或个人也无权免除。
