（一）对看管、讯问犯罪嫌疑人、被告人和罪犯的场所及周边情况进行检查, 并依法告知其在被看管期间的权利和应当遵守的规章制度；

（三）执行看管任务，不准让无关人员及被看管人的亲友进入看管场所，不准受人之托，给被看管人带食品和其它物品；

(3) to perform custody tasks, no unrelated persons or relatives or friends of the person under custody shall be allowed to enter the place of custody, no entrusted persons shall be allowed to bring food and other articles to the person under custody;

（四）执行看管任务，应保持高度警惕，严防被看管人脱逃、自杀、自残、行凶、串供、传递信物和被劫持，遇紧急情况时可采取相应强制措施，必要时可使用武器。

(4) in carrying out the task of custody, we should keep a high degree of vigilance and guard against escaping, suicide, self-mutilation, murder, collusion, delivery of information and hijacking by the custodian. in case of emergency, we should take corresponding coercive measures and use weapons when necessary.
