  法警总队一直将从严治警作为队伍建设的一项重要内容来抓,严格以制度规定管理警队,警务工作秩序正规,形成了一套科学有效的管理机制。

  制度健全,落实到位。法警总队先后制定了《司法警察押解、看 管、值庭、安检实施细则》、《司法警察警衔工作管理规定》、《司法警察执行死刑工作实施细则》、《全省中级法院司法警察工作考核办法》等17项规定。去年以来,他们将这些规定进行梳理,不适用的删除,没有的就进一步完善,从人员配备、队伍管理、履行职能、警务装备、奖惩标准、考核验收等方面建立起了一套完整、科学的制度体系:用制度管人管事,规范队伍建设。采用平时抽查、专项验收、督导落实、年终考核等办法保证制度落实,全省法院司法警察工作走上了规范化发展的良性轨道。多年来,未发生一起人犯脱逃事件,未发生一起涉枪事故,未出现一人因不廉洁或工作失误受到纪律处分,在人民群众 来信来访中保持了“零”投诉的纪录。

  2003年在训练工作突出的泰安中院召开了全省法院司法警察训练工作现场会。三是比武考核见效。为促进训练工作,法警总队制定了训练比武的实施办法,每年都利用培训之机举办业务技能大比武,每年底,都对全省法院警队进行考核,进一步激发了广大干警练兵习武的热情。泰安支队组建了气功特勤中队,在短短一个月的训练时间内,参训干警手劈青砖两卡车,头碎酒瓶千余个,腰断木棍几千根,展现了司法警察无坚不摧的战斗力。

  2004年3月,高法院 在山东召开全国法院司法警察队伍建设现场会期间,全体与会代表观看了泰安市两级法院司法警察精彩的业务技能汇报演练,给予了高度评价。2004年9月在全国法院司法警察技能考核中,山东高院被抽查的支队和大队都取得了满分的优异成绩,受到了高法院的表 彰。先后涌现出了6个训练支队、12个训练大队。
